Duinlust

Description

"Duinlust" is a historic estate in #Overveen (Noord-Holland), established in 1783. In 1881, Johanna Jacoba van der Vliet-Borski commissioned architect Constantijn Muysken to design a new neo-renaissance mansion featuring a central oak staircase, salons, a library, and a hydraulic lift. Landscape architect C.E.A. Petzold designed the surrounding park, which included a walled kitchen garden with various greenhouses and recreational facilities like skating and bowling alleys.
