The "Vleeshuis" is a historic building in #Dendermonde (Oost-Vlaanderen). Built in 1460-1462 on the site of a 1293 structure, it functioned as a meat and cloth hall, aldermen's house, court, prison, guild room, theater, and guard post. By 1862, it became a covered vegetable market.
