A neo-gothic office building called "Den Arend" in #Antwerpen. It was rebuilt in 1906 by architect Frans Van Dijk for Eugène Kreglinger, reconstructing the 16th-century Meerseniers guild house, of which only the gable remained. Originating before 1354, the property, first mentioned as a wine house in 1400, passed through various owners, including the Sanders family and the Meerseniers guild, until confiscated in 1798. The Kreglinger family acquired it, adapting the facade in 1809. Van Dijk's 1906 reconstruction restored the late-gothic facade, crowned with new statues.
