Built around 1900 in the traditionalist style, this former inn and recreational space in #Griendtsveen (Limburg) served seasonal peat litter workers. Designed by architect L. Kooken from Eindhoven, it lies along Griendtsveen's access road near ex-workers' homes. The rectangular, one-story building has a wolf-end roof with concrete tiles, brown and yellow brick in cross-bond, wooden doors, and cross-windows with small panes and half shutters. The front facade has mirrored halves, four central windows with decorative arched infills, and two dormers from 1995.
