Het Gouden Cruys

Description

"Het Gouden Cruys" is a historic house in #Middelburg (Zeeland) featuring a truncated gable facade. Its 16th-century brickwork incorporates natural stone bands, corner quoins, and water tables, enriched with decorative anchors and mask motifs. Two carved facade stones and two inscribed cartouches adorn the front. In the 18th century, a shopfront was added with a central door, a curved lintel, and elaborately carved posts.
