The "Château de Chantilly" in #Chantilly, north of Paris, originated as a medieval fortress. It was rebuilt in renaissance style. The "Grand Château" was destroyed in the French Revolution and rebuilt 1875-1882 in French neo-renaissance style by Henri d'Orléans, Duke of Aumale.
