The "Belgian Pilot Houses" ("Belgische loodshuizen") are four Art Nouveau buildings located in #Vlissingen (Zeeland), the Netherlands. Constructed in 1910 for Belgian maritime pilots, they were designed by architect P.F. Smagge. The white-plastered houses feature distinctive high corner sections and cast-iron railings on the bay windows, with red geometric decorations adorning the facades. Each house is named after the children of the Belgian pilots who resided there: Villa Louise, Villa Maria, Villa Blanche, and Villa Yvonne.
