Description

A neo-renaissance building in #DenHaag (Zuid-Holland), built in 1887 by Van Rossem and Vuyck. It has a ground floor, upper floor, and hipped roof. Its four-window-wide façade features a rusticated plinth, ornate door with Corinthian pilasters, sculpted frieze, and pediment. Ground-floor windows have stone frames; upper windows have console-supported sills and pediments. A stone cornice with carved frieze and leaf consoles supports a balustrade with vases and a grand dormer. The interior retains neo-renaissance woodwork, staircase, ceilings, and fireplaces.
