The "Rijksmiddelbare School" in #Gent (Oost-Vlaanderen) is a three-story corner building in Flemish neo-renaissance style, dated 1890 on the dormer gable. Its seven-bay facade features a central three-bay risalit topped by a dormer with volutes and curved pediment, under a steep slate saddle roof with two small dormers and a taller octagonal corner tower with pear-shaped spire. Brickwork incorporates sandstone bands and frames for strong horizontal emphasis. Windows vary by floor: rectangular ground-floor ones in blocked surrounds with keystones; arched upper ones with curved pediments in the risalit or drip molds elsewhere; nearly flat top-floor frames. The central segmental-arched door has a profiled blocked surround, keystone with head, and name panel above. The rounded left corner rises into the octagonal tower; the side gable mirrors the central dormer with volutes, corner blocks, and curved pediment, repeating facade patterns and bands.
