"Kasteel Kaldenbroek" in #Lottum is an ancient manor house, repeatedly rebuilt over centuries. Its classic layout once featured a forecourt with farmstead, barns, stables, and a main building, all surrounded by moats (mostly gone now). The present modest main house is a combination of two farmhouses joined at an angle. Walls contain reused marl stone from earlier phases, with bricked-up and later restored windows in old style.
